Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice prior to the start of the appointment. Once you schedule, receive an email with paperwork, it must be complete (24 hours) prior to the appointment. If the forms are not complete in the 24-hour window before the appointment, you will need to reschedule. Full payment is required for the assessment package, and is non-refundable.
